How does WetSep work?
1. Mixing: The wastewater is pumped into the central pipe and mixed with chemicals to cause the dirt to clump together.
2. Sedimentation: Heavy particles sink to the conical bottom and form sludge, which is discharged through an automatic, electric sludge valve.
3. Filtration: The water is forced upward through the tank and passes through a conical filter that captures smaller suspended solids (SS).
4. Oil separation: Lighter substances, primarily oil, rise all the way to the surface.
5. Outlet: The oil flows over a weir plate into an oil separator, while the fully treated wastewater is discharged through a separate outlet.

Smart floor solutions: The WetSep 20 System can be installed on a 10m x 10m smart floor, while the WetSep 60 is designed for a 10m x 20m floor. Equipped with air-to-air heating that circulates through the floor.

pH Adjustment & Options: We supply配套 CO₂ systems with static mixers for precise pH adjustment of effluent water. Additional options include foam and oil skimmers, as well as expanded filter systems.
Specialized Equipment: Wheel Washers and Scalable Systems

Closed-loop water circulation and reduced fees
WetSep technology utilizes chemical and mechanical filtration, including through advanced ISR reactors with no unnecessary moving parts.
